3 Subject of Delivery
The subject of delivery refers to orders placed in the moipack.fi online store, as well as products ordered by phone or other means of communication, for which a delivery method other than local pickup has been selected. (hereinafter "Subject of Delivery")
4 Purpose of the Agreement
The purpose of this agreement is to ensure the successful delivery of the Subject of Delivery from the moipack.fi warehouse or other point of sale to the customer.
The specific objectives of the agreement are:

Ensure that all products ordered from the moipack.fi online store, as well as orders placed by phone or other means of communication, for which the delivery method chosen is other than local pickup, are delivered in accordance with the agreed schedule.

Guarantee the safety of delivery and the condition of the products upon arrival.

Clarify the delivery process from both the customer's and moipack.fi's perspective.

Define the responsibilities and obligations for both moipack.fi and the customer during the delivery process.

Provide customers with clear instructions and information about the delivery process, including possible delivery times, tracking, and complaint procedures.
The background to this agreement is moipack.fi's commitment to high customer satisfaction and efficient, reliable delivery service.
5 Delivery Terms
Delivery Time
Typically 1-3 business days from order processing.
Delivery Country and Address
The Subject of Delivery is delivered to a postal address in Finland that the customer provides when placing the order.
Delivery Method
The Supplier is responsible for delivering the Subject of Delivery to the Customer either directly or indirectly through a transport service. Responsibility for the Subject of Delivery transfers to the Customer when the Subject of Delivery has been delivered to their control.
Right to Suspend Delivery
The Customer's material delivery-related omissions entitle the Supplier to suspend delivery.
Force majeure or a material obstacle dependent on the Customer entitles the Supplier to suspend delivery. Force majeure is considered to be such a sudden event that the party could not have foreseen when concluding the agreement, the occurrence or effects of which the party could not prevent or avoid by exercising reasonable care, and which makes performance under the agreement impossible or significantly difficult, or makes it financially or otherwise unreasonable. Force majeure may be, for example, a fire, war, riot, act of terrorism, epidemic, exceptional natural conditions, large-scale strike, trade embargo, or a law that significantly restricts a party's business operations. To invoke force majeure as referred to in this clause, one of the Parties shall immediately inform the other of the identified obstacle, the reasons for it and its estimated duration.
6 Delivery Price and Payment Terms
The total price of the delivery includes all items of the Delivery, unless expressly agreed otherwise, the costs associated with the delivery.
The customer can pay for the delivery immediately after placing the order or upon receipt of the invoice. The products remain the property of Moipack Oy until full payment has been received.
The customer must pay within seven days of the Delivery or invoice date (whichever is later).
When paying by invoice, the invoice shall contain all the necessary payment information, such as the Seller's account number and reference number.
7 Receipt, Inspection and Acceptance of Delivery
The customer must inspect the delivery without delay. The delivery performance is completed when the Customer has received the delivered Delivery Item and the Delivery Item is available to the Customer.
8 General Rights and Obligations of the Supplier
The Supplier shall act with due care and only within the limits of its own areas of competence.
The delivery must comply with applicable laws and regulations and meet the specified requirements.
9 Customer's General Rights and Obligations
The customer should be available for further inquiries. Unimpeded access to the necessary facilities must be ensured. The customer should generally contribute to the performance of the delivery.
